There are various types of company like public limited company , limited company. There is big difference, when you want have Ltd. you need just 1 crowns, but when you want have plc. you need 2 millions crowns.

 

There are two kinds of companies and this are the family business and commercial business. The main member of the family company is often father. He is as director, then there are the wife, uncles, aunts, children who mostly get company after death their’s parents.

 

Commercial company has director and a different positions. Positions in the company are:

  • Managing Director – it’s someone who heads a company and is responsible for its running.
  • Executive Secretary – it’s someone does secretarial work for top management.
  • Sales and Marketing Manager – they are very important,it’s someone who heads the department that advertises and sells the products, they think up the ideas for selling our products.
  • Sales Representative – it’s someone who is responsible for selling the product to customers.
  • Production Manager – it’s someone who heads the department responsible for manufacturing the products.
  • Personal Manager – it’s someone who heads the department responsible for scientific research and development of new products.
  • R and D Manager (research and development) – it’s someone who heads the department responsible for scientific research and development of new products.
  • Finance Director – it’s someone responsible for running the company’s financial affairs. Accountant – it’s someone who keeps the accounts in the finance department.
  • Receptionist – it’s someone who sits in the lobby, answer the phone and greets visitors.
  • Distribution – it’s someone who is responsible for transporting our products. Purchasing – it’s someone who buys all the things we need to make our products.

 

Large companies also have people at the gatehouse called doorman. They have people who don’t work in the office, but they doing manual work. Bakers in the bakery, in the shop saleswoman for example. They have also cleaning ladys, they ignoring their but they are also part of the company.

 

I want have a family company like a café with desserts. I would been an accountant and production manager, my husband would been purchasing and IT manager.
