Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to draw your attention to lacks in service quality, food and the terrible behavior I was met with when I complained to one of your employees.

Firstly, in the matter of effectivity of your services there is a lot of space for improvement. Despite your claim of fast service, I had to wait almost half an hour just to be served badly cooked cheeseburger with fries.

Secondly, as I previously mentioned, the quality of the food I ordered was not at all what I expected. Although you advertise “delicious food” I was served a cheeseburger that could almost still get up and go eat grass behind the restaurant. As if that could not be enough, the fries that came with it were half frozen.

To make matters worse, when I tried to complain to the supervisor, I got nothing but rudeness back. He even insisted on my paying for the meal.

I feel that I am entitled to a full refund, and I trust that the issue with one of your employees can be dealt with promptly.
