Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to you regarding the laptop which I purchased from your shop last Thursday, 6 May.
Although the laptop seemed to work fine for the first few days I soon found out that the battery didn’t last more than one hour. The laptop was dealt with as the instructions suggested but after using it for just two days the battery stopped working as it should have. Not only stopped the battery working, but I also wasn’t able to transfer any of my old files onto this laptop. I tried multiple flash disks to transfer those files but the computer wasn’t able to load them.
I, therefore, returned to the shop on Monday, and spoke to the manager about my problems. In addition, to all of the problems that have been caused to me, the man refused to hear me out. Even though I didn’t do anything else than ask for help and what should I do next, he was really rude and told me it is not his problem to fix. On top of that, he basically threw me out of the store.
As I’m sure you will understand, it is not acceptable to be treated like that. I would therefore like to speak with someone who behaves like a decent human being and can actually help me. Otherwise, I would like to get a full refund.
