Adele Laurie Blue Adkins
Adele is one of the world’s most famous singers. She is a British Grammy Award-winning artist with a beautiful voice. She has sold millions of albums and won 15 Grammys and an Oscar. Adele’s first two albums, 19 and 21, earned her commercial success that her peers didn´t overcome at that time. Adele returned to the charts with the ballad „Hello“.
Adele Laurie Blue Adkins was born on May 5, 1988, in North London. She was the only child of Penny Adkins and Mark Evans(he left them when Adele was four years old). Her mother was also an artist, so Adele developed a passion for music. She loved songs from Lauryn Hill, Mary J. Blige and Destiny’s Child. Her mother enrolled her in the BRIT School for Performing Arts & Technology. Adele did a three-track demo for a class project that was eventually posted on her MySpace page. The XL Recordings heard the tracks and contacted her. In November 2006 signed her to a record deal. She married Simon Konecki and had together son Angelo. In April 2019, Adele and Konecki had split.
She wrote several world-famous songs, for exapmle: „Chasing Pavements“, „Rolling in the Deep“, „Someone Like You“, „Set Fire to the Rain“, „Skyfall“, “Hello”. Now she is planning to perform as a presenter on the famous TV show Saturday Night Live on NBC.
