The aim of this proposal is to obtain a permission and financial support from the school to publish a monthly magazine. In my proposal, I want to convince the school management that publishing the magazine will be of benefit to both students and professors.
WHY THE MAGAZINE SHOULD BE PUBLISHED
The magazine is an interesting way for students and professors to make their English better. In addition, our school will have more opportunity to learn more about English-speaking countries and their colleges as well. The magazine will also include news from the world of show business, thanks to which students can forget about everyday stress and they can relax for a while.
THE FIRST ISSUE
The first edition of the magazine would familiarize readers with breath-taking festivals that are held this summer in London. It would also provide students with useful information about job offers in the UK. And finally, readers would get tips for this year’s tours to English-speaking countries.
THE NEEDED SUPPORT AND FINANCIAL HELP
To be able to implement this plan, I would need any room in the school building where it would be possible to plug all necessary devices and where I could connect to the internet. I would also like to have a team of people interested in publishing. As far as financial support is concerned, I would be very grateful if the school could provide me a printer and papers.
CONCLUSION
I believe that publishing the magazine would be a great contribution to school and I ask you to consider my request thoroughly.
