Dear Mr. West,
I am sending you this email, because I am not satisfied with the guided tour of Great Britain I have paid for. There were some problems that occurred during the tour. The trip started on December 4 and ended on December 12. We went to Edinburgh by a very uncomfortable tour bus and I feel like the whole trip was one of the longest of my life.
The first big problem was our accommodation. In your advertising leaflet you said that every room in the hotel has its own bathroom. When we came to our hotel, we found out that every floor has only one shared bathroom. It was not a hotel, it was a hostel. This was a very unpleasant surprise.
The second annoying problem happened when our guide Sean started talking. He was rude and he used bad words in almost every sentence. He also could not answer almost any of our questions. He did not even show us Edinburgh castle. That was very disappointing.
I would like to suggest a solution to this problem. I am very disappointed and frustrated by this whole tour. I suggest a refund of the tour. I want at least half of the money I paid. Also it would be nice if you apologized for all the problems that occurred on the tour.
