Present | Things in general. Something happens all the time or repeatedly or something is true in general. Promise, apologise, advise, insist, agree, refuse with this tense (not present continous). When we talk about changes happening around now, especially with these verbs (get, change, become, increase, rise, fall, grow, improve, begin, start).
